Keys for Camps is a program designed to teach campers ages 6-12 to be in God’s Word at camp and when they get home, too. Thousands of young people in the United States come to faith in Christ at Christian camps like yours. But after you send them home, how will they continue to grow in their faith? What can you do to help young people continue growing spiritually? Your ministry may also struggle with how to stay connected with campers’ families once kids leave your camp. Is there a way for you to facilitate a relationship with your campers and their families in the off-season? Keys for Camps is our response to these needs. Keys for Kids Ministries designed this program to help you disciple young believers, while connecting with their parents in the off-season at the same time. We’ll provide you with a year-long quarterly devotional program, customized with your ministry logo and message on the front cover. It starts when your camp signs up for the program. When you do, your campers will receive the devotionals as they arrive at camp.
How does it work?
We will custom design a book wrap for you which will go over top of our quarterly Keys for Kids issue cover. The custom wrap will be designed with content that you provide (directions will be provided to you). The first issue will be shipped in bulk directly to camp. This allows you to use it with your campers while they’re at camp and to get in the habit of daily devotions. They can then take their copy home with them and continue daily in God’s Word. The three remaining issues will be mailed directly from us to your campers with names and addresses you provide.
Each customized wrap includes:
- Your camp logo (front cover)
- A letter from the director (inside front cover)
- Photos, advertisements, or calendar items (inside back cover)
**Note: All content on the custom wrap is in black and white and can be changed each quarter.
How much does it cost?
The program cost is just $6 per camper, which you can build into the cost of camp. The cost includes all four quarterly issues with customized wrap, bulk shipment (via UPS Ground) of the first issue to you so you can hand books out at camp and mailing of the three remaining issues from us directly to camper’s home addresses. Due to the custom nature of this item, no refunds will be available for any reason.
When will keys for Camps begin?
This new season will begin in time for camp programs to be a part of it for summer 2023.
